Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing.
- Generate monthly reports to track KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later), and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting engaging copy.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, photography, and video editing (basic skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut are a plus).
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
