Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, SEO-optimized content (photos, videos, blogs, and reels) that aligns with the hotelâs luxury heritage branding.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, CTR, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive bookings, promotions, and event attendance, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with hotel promotions, packages, and seasonal events.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, travel bloggers, and media partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Optimize the hotelâs website and blog content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive direct bookings.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Canva, CapCut).
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and video editing.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization for search engines and social platforms.
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and A/B testing for campaign optimization.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
- Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
