Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other marketing platforms to derive actionable insights and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that resonates with our target audience and supports SEO objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing ROI to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
