Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors to conduct field research in key Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Design and implement survey methodologies to gather accurate market data for FMCG clients.
- Analyze consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and competitive trends to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align survey findings with business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, surveying, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in the FMCG sector or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage with clients.
- Proficiency in using survey tools, data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel), and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with Baliās market dynamics and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
