Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar, identifying opportunities for CRO and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling product listings, banners, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to boost engagement and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, LTV) and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth hacking, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with strong self-management skills.
