Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on organic and paid growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and analysts to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights to innovate and refine content strategies continuously.
- Manage budgets for content production and paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in content strategy, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms to drive organic and paid growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
