Responsibility

  • Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights to innovate and refine content strategies continuously.
  • Manage budgets for content production and paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in content strategy, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms to drive organic and paid growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience in budget management and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
