- Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRM strategies with broader campaign goals and KPIs.
- Clean and organize customer databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., follow-ups, lead scoring) to enhance productivity and reduce manual workload.
- Troubleshoot CRM and automation tool issues, coordinating with IT or vendors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends in CRM and marketing automation to recommend best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Specialist, or Marketing Automation Coordinator.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, ActiveCampaign) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting.
