Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for targeted strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics, and copy) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (traffic, CTR, CAC, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through CRM tools and personalized engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) (WordPress, Shopify) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand positioning.
