Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory, and order processing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and promotions.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and digital marketing best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Admin, E-Commerce Coordinator, or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify platform, including theme customization, apps, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content.
