Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory, and order processing to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and digital marketing best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shopify Admin, E-Commerce Coordinator, or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Shopify platform, including theme customization, apps, and integrations.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience working with international clients or in a remote environment is a plus.
