Responsibility

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and in-mall activations, to enhance customer engagement and footfall.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., leasing, operations, design) and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage content creation, including copywriting, graphic design briefs, and multimedia assets, to support marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Organize and oversee events, launches, and community programs to strengthen stakeholder relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in the retail, real estate, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record in campaign management, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
