Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct audience research to identify trends and insights, and optimize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
