Responsibility
- Host live digital broadcasts, including shows, events, and interactive sessions, ensuring high energy and audience engagement.
- Prepare and research content topics, scripts, and talking points to deliver informative and entertaining live segments.
- Interact with live audiences in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of live streams, including technical checks and coordination.
- Represent the brand professionally on and off-camera, adhering to company guidelines and values.
- Analyze audience metrics and feedback to refine hosting techniques and improve viewer retention.
- Travel to various locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for on-site live broadcasts and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital media innovations, and best practices for live hosting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live host, presenter, or content creator, preferably in digital media or entertainment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and professional on-camera presence.
- Ability to improvise and think quickly in live, unscripted situations while maintaining composure.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, live streaming tools, and digital audience engagement strategies.
- Comfortable working in front of cameras and adapting to different formats (e.g., interviews, Q&As, product demos).
- Basic technical knowledge of live streaming equipment, microphones, and broadcasting software is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and on-location shoots across Bali.
