Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO/SEM channels.
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and report performance.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, packaging, and collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or brand management.
- Proven track record in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing in the container/logistics industry is advantageous.
