Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO/SEM channels.
  • Create engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and report performance.
  • Organize and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to boost engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, packaging, and collateral.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or brand management.
  • Proven track record in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing in the container/logistics industry is advantageous.
