Responsibility
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performing email campaigns using Klaviyo, including flows, newsletters, and automated sequences.
- Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
- A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to refine messaging and maximize engagement.
- Maintain and update email lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with best practices.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends and Klaviyo’s latest features to drive innovation.
- Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of Klaviyo campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Klaviyo’s platform, including flows, templates, and integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Klaviyo reports, or similar tools.
- Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for copywriting and design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is advantageous.
