Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with Comvita’s global brand vision, tailoring campaigns for Southeast Asian markets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and commercial success.
- Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking for marketing initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Drive localized content creation, adapting global assets for cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-impact campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Spearhead trade marketing and retail activation programs to enhance in-store visibility and consumer engagement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, market share, sales lift) to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, health/wellness, or retail.
- Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, market research platforms).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio of successful brand narratives.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or multicultural markets, with sensitivity to local nuances.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance big-picture vision with tactical execution.
