Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content.
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and marketing calendars to track progress and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, process invoices, and track expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
