Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote postgraduate professional programs.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage branding initiatives to enhance the university's reputation and visibility.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for marketing and recruitment materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
