Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with influencers.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
