Responsibility
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing ones.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics, compliance, and product availability.
- Design and implement brand-building initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns and trade promotions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Represent Ajinomoto at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies in all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, trade negotiations, and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
