Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotion strategies aligned with Thamrin Group's business objectives and sales targets
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms in Bali's key locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with local partners, vendors, and media outlets to maximize campaign reach and impact
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in Bali to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing approaches
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives
- Represent Thamrin Group at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements in Bali
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, with experience in Bali's local market being a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in marketing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
