Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize listings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor research and recommend pricing and product strategies.
- Assist in creating engaging content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall e-commerce experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
