Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, blogs, videos, and infographics aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and audience reach.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Implement HubSpot email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build customer loyalty.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform algorithm updates to refine strategies continuously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns and organic growth strategies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust strategies for performance improvement.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional team.
