Responsibility
- Execute global marketing campaigns and initiatives developed by the Taipei headquarters, ensuring alignment with regional goals and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to localize marketing materials, including digital content, collateral, and promotional assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies for the Southeast Asian market.
- Manage social media, email marketing, and SEO efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the region.
- Organize and oversee events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to produce high-quality marketing deliverables on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in Bali and broader Indonesian markets.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably with exposure to global or regional campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting, with sensitivity to regional nuances.
