Responsibility
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
- Segment and manage email lists to target specific audiences and improve open/click-through rates.
- Write compelling copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart emails).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot, and provide actionable reports.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and content to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related VA role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, error-free content.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights from metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
