As the face of our survey operations, you’ll manage teams, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-impact reports that influence business decisions. Your leadership will directly contribute to understanding consumer behavior in Bali’s thriving retail and hospitality markets.

Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of field surveyors to collect accurate consumer and market data in Bali’s key FMCG hotspots.
  • Design and implement survey methodologies tailored to FMCG products, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Conduct in-store audits, shelf-space analysis, and competitor benchmarking for leading brands.
  • Validate and cross-check survey data for consistency, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations with actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine survey tools and improve data collection efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs such as survey completion rates, data quality, and team productivity.
  • Stay updated on FMCG market trends in Bali and recommend strategic adjustments to survey approaches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG market research, field surveys, or retail audits, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., tablets, mobile apps) and basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with clients, teams, and respondents.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s retail landscape (supermarkets, minimarkets, traditional markets) and FMCG distribution channels.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related fields is a plus.
