Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and on-site operations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and timelines.
- Oversee event budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Manage on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, venues, and service providers in Bali.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist in brainstorming creative event concepts and operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements for events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events require.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event venues, vendors, and cultural nuances is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
