Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning and customer perception.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and experiential) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage social media platforms, optimizing performance through data-driven strategies and community engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., ROI, CTR, brand sentiment) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and vendors to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing brand identities.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media management platforms).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a bonus).
