Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of visual brand identities across all F&B brands, ensuring alignment with company values and market positioning.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, packaging, menus, and in-store visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and external agencies) to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative assets.
- Define and maintain brand style guides, including color palettes, typography, imagery, and tone of voice.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices, applying insights to enhance brand appeal and competitiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality, consistent output.
- Conduct creative briefings and provide art direction for photo shoots, video productions, and other visual projects.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content, using data to refine creative strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Art Director, Creative Director, or similar role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development, campaign visuals, and multi-channel design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with external vendors (photographers, printers, agencies) and managing budgets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
