Responsibility
- Represent assigned brands at designated event locations, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Demonstrate and promote products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Drive sales and achieve campaign targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Set up and manage promotional booths, displays, and materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and brand consistency.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in line with company and client standards.
- Submit daily reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and event outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; marketing or sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
