Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote programs and initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and webinars.
- Maintain and update databases, tracking learner progress and recruitment pipelines.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve operational efficiency and learner experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and operational excellence.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Canva).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate engagement is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
