Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation workflows (e.g., lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement) using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions across email, SMS, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design) to align automation strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow and lead management.
  • A/B test automation sequences, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in marketing automation, AI, and MarTech to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data accuracy across automation platforms and databases.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and data segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for crafting compelling copy.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and API integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
