Responsibility
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate detailed reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
