Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing TikTok and social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content (videos, graphics, captions) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral challenges to inform content strategy and maximize reach.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and drive user-generated content.
  • Support community management efforts by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven passion for TikTok and social media, with a strong personal or professional presence on these platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
