Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and customer loyalty in the fashion and footwear sector.
- Lead product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize brand performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the retail industry.
- Oversee brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders to expand brand reach.
- Create and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and events.
- Monitor brand health metrics (e.g., awareness, perception, market share) and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on brand management, marketing, or fashion.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and retail dynamics in the fashion/footwear sector.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive team performance and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting for brand initiatives.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation in retail.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
