Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, infographics) for digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, traffic, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee social media management, including community engagement and crisis communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, agencies) to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay updated on digital trends and best practices in education sector marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and improving brand visibility.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content strategy and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
