Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content that aligns with client brand identity.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and ROI.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand sentiment.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce professional-grade marketing assets.
  • Manage end-to-end paid social advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or BPO setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
