Responsibility
- Assist the Social Media Team in managing and scheduling content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Contribute creative ideas for social media copy, captions, and campaigns that align with brand voice and goals.
- Research and curate design references, trends, and best practices to elevate visual content quality.
- Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, shares) and compile performance reports for analysis.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and on-brand visuals.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with an ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and building online communities.
