Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to enhance online visibility and engagement across key platforms.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive project launches.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
- Create and distribute high-impact content (blogs, videos, case studies) to educate and inspire target audiences.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or development sectors.
- Proven track record of successful campaign leadership with measurable results in lead generation and brand growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems) and social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on luxury or high-value products/services.
