Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance the hospitalâs brand reputation and patient engagement.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing, to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to craft compelling stories and content that highlight the hospitalâs services, achievements, and patient success stories.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, infographics, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify the hospitalâs reach and credibility.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and community engagement initiatives to foster trust and loyalty among patients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing to ensure the hospital remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or HubSpot to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to ethical marketing practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
