Join DOKU, a leading fintech innovator in Indonesia, as a Product Intern and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). As part of our BaaS team, you will support the execution of subscription-based solutions, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption. This internship offers exposure to cutting-edge fintech solutions, real-world business challenges, and mentorship from industry experts.
Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you’ll work in a collaborative, innovative setting while contributing to projects that redefine digital financial services in Southeast Asia.
Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and managing data sets required for GTM execution of Subscription & BaaS products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in fintech.
- Support the development of product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine value propositions and messaging.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to product performance, user engagement, and adoption rates.
- Assist in A/B testing and iteration of product features based on user feedback.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for product improvements and new features.
- Help organize and analyze customer feedback to inform product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of fintech, digital payments, or BaaS is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is advantageous.
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
