Responsibility

  • Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, aligned with brand guidelines and beauty/lifestyle trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community and enhance customer interactions.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest beauty, wellness, and social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and drive user-generated content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and other metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas for content, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling posts, organizing assets, and maintaining content calendars.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and familiar with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics to measure performance and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience with social media management, content creation, or internships in marketing is a bonus.
