Responsibility
- Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Develop, execute, and optimize high-converting paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads for Australian clients.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (CAC, CTR, Conversion Rates, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio to refine strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Design and deploy automated workflows (e.g., email nurturing, chatbots, CRM integrations) to streamline lead nurturing and sales funnels.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Client Reporting: Create data-rich, actionable reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels to ensure cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, paid ads (PPC), and SEO for B2B or B2C clients.
- Expertise in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Australian Market Knowledge: Experience targeting or working with Australian audiences is a major plus.
- Technical SEO: Familiarity with schema markup, site speed optimization, and technical audits to improve search visibility.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to present data and strategies clearly to clients and teams.
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
