Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive product success in the FMCG/food manufacturing sector.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within FMCG/food manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
