Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) to optimize performance and ROI.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative tactics to enhance audience reach.
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media interactions and influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and CMS platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of past work.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
