Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content, campaigns, and community management.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficient in social media management, paid advertising, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush).
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable.
