With a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (or 5+ as a specialist), you’ll leverage your expertise in search engine optimization, paid advertising, and fashion marketing to elevate our digital footprint and revenue.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) to boost brand visibility and conversions.
  • Lead content creation and optimization for fashion campaigns, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and audience targeting.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the fashion industry.
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and e-commerce teams to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, sales) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Optimize website and product pages for search engines, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with fashion bloggers, affiliates, and media outlets to expand reach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a Marketing Manager role (or 5+ years as a Marketing Specialist) in the fashion, e-commerce, or digital agency space.
  • Proven expertise in SEO and SEM (on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, backlink strategies).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (D3 minimum; S1 preferred).
  • Strong content marketing and copywriting skills for fashion audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
