Responsibility
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnerships to expand Erajayaâs market presence in Bali and beyond.
- Program Design & Execution: Develop and implement local activation programs and sales promotions tailored to regional market needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnership agreements and promotional campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and renewal of partnership agreements to ensure compliance and mutual benefit.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and recommend strategic adjustments to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, partnership management, or sales within the retail, FMCG, or tech industries.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals with a track record of successful partnerships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop data-driven strategies that align with business goals and market demands.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivery and impact.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data and KPIs to measure success and optimize performance.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape is a plus, though not mandatory.
