Responsibility

  • Develop and execute high-impact TikTok Shop strategies to maximize sales, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) with a focus on ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce authentic, high-converting promotional content.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS) to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of social commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and inventory alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey on social platforms, from ad exposure to checkout, ensuring a frictionless experience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social commerce, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, ad manager, and shop features (TikTok Shop certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
