Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, breakdown, and logistics of event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
- Engage with event attendees professionally, providing information about Bloom Healthcare’s products and services.
- Distribute marketing collateral, samples, and promotional items to potential clients.
- Collect leads and customer feedback to support post-event follow-ups and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space at all times.
- Handle inquiries and resolve attendee concerns with a customer-first approach.
- Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event support, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Outgoing, friendly, and able to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move event materials (up to 15 kg).
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty industries is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code policies.
