Responsibility
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies to attract new clients in the assigned region (Badung, Bali).
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their creditworthiness.
- Promote BRIF Regular Program products through direct sales, presentations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for credit disbursement and product penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit application processes and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all marketing and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in credit marketing, sales, or banking, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with BRIF programs, credit products, and banking regulations in Indonesia.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung region and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
